New Bike For Markymark
<!--quoteo(post=146701:date=Sun 10th Jan 2010, 08:15 PM:name=MarkyMark)-->QUOTE(MarkyMark @ Sun 10th Jan 2010, 08:15 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}><!--quotec-->Goerge White would not give me it.

They have so much compact ice around there that they will not give anybody a bike. They did offer to deliver free of charge during the week - but I will probably be at work - so I said I would will wait till I can ride it home.

I did try to convince them that I could push it accross the grass to the main road.

Anyway - I.m praying for a thaw. Hope to try again next Saturday.

Did ask if I could come and look at it in the show-room - but it was still in the warehouse. - Very grumpy.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Oh that's got to feel harsh, like having all your Christmas pressies taken away.
Anyway fingers crossed for a thaw this week and roll on Saturday

Nice one. Be interested in hearing the long term ride report too.
So far so good

Too dark in the evenings to get piccies - and will probably have to get 600 mile service on Saturday.

Will attempt to post piccies on Sunday

My definition of a comfy seat:

You can sit on it for a tank full of petrol - so I had to do a 200 mile stint to find that out. Had to work in Birmingham on Monday so rode the Tenere.

Pleased - love it in rush-hour town traffic.
