Snow, Snow And F'n Snow
When I was a kid I used to love the snow.

I'd put on my hat and gloves and out I would go.

I'd play for hours and never feel the cold.

Now its just a pain,

I must be f***ng Old.

Don't bother Moose. The whole region is in chaos according to the local news. M6 was shut south of Warrington earlier tonight. The snow has stopped now, but everything is freezing solid. I'll be working from home tomorrow rather than bother with the local trains, which almost certainly won't be running at 06:45 when I'll need to catch one.

I love snow, and I'm well old.

Got out the lil 125 and tore round where I live on it (Bigdaves advice). Pissed my dad off by driving all over his lawn, Nearly attempted the fish pond too.

Then me an my brothers built an igloo. I'l have to take a picture its brilliant.

Then I couldnt get out in the car so I taken the bike to my aikido class. well good, not another car on the road, perfect.

bring on the snow haha
Moose i work in Widnes and it is totally screwed atm

We had 5 inches of snow today and no gritting as normal , atm the snow is 5 inches thick ontop of my car and its freezing very well.
What time are you leaving in the morning as i will be up at 05:30 and i can give you a update if you want

We have about 8 inches of snow here in Worksop and it's still snowing.

I'm with Ivan on this, fookin sick o seein it ! Bring on da Sunshine

Can't even have a decent game of 'I Spy', now where's the fun in that ?

Went for a walk and saw about a dozen cars in 10 minutes, spookily quiet. Also clocked a Green KLR making it all look easy, and a scoot with the owner using his feet as stabilisers making it all look so nervy, wobbly, ooooh errrr wayhayyyy ooopa

Our original plan was to roll up several big snow balls (snow man style), but unfortuanatly the snow is really powdery and not sticky so we rolled a few smaller snow balls then collected and shuvellled loads a snow on top. After we had loads of snow piled up we sculpted it upwards and into the middle. its gonna free over night, so should be fairly sturdy. its eerily quite inside though.

I'm planning on builidng another adjoining room to it tomorrow. haha

No snow in East London yet but it is cold -2. I know that isn't "Up North" cold but is pretty cold for down here!
I'd love to build an igloo. I'll need 6 - 10 inches first, bring it on.
7 inches on the cars today.

Just looked at some how to build an igloo site....damn clever things wid the cold air sink n'all. "make sure you build your igloo on snow of 1metre depth", followed by lots of pictures of blocks sawn up in acres of snow......ok the JONNY method it is then.

Have been trying to do a block paving driveway since the week before xmas, i've frozen, been soaked to the skin and had to stop due to this bloody snow. NO MORE SNOW PLEASE I NEED TO FINISH AND GET PAID.
