Bolo Rei translated means 'King Cake' a load of Bolo X if you ask me

Speaking in favour of IOM there is a wide range of activities, but I think use of two wheels is helped by biking culture generally which extends to cycling and off road

if anyone fancies having a go at cycling the course on hired bikes (or else shipping their own bikes beforehand), with a stop at a couple of pubs en route the link below covers some discussion on the TT forum

http://www.iomtt.com/Home/Forum/ShowPost.a...p;PostID=180535

it is perhaps a way to sample the history of this famous stretch of road from close contact (not too close I hope)

("Carpe-TDM cycles the TT" - Title for the film by Geordie Guy productions?)

just a thought...

Sounds a good title to me but there is only two votes in it.

I'm going for a split decision here. !!!

What about if it's eyes are on the other side of the road? Along with it's head?

I can't see that you lot have made your minds up yet about where to go God help us if our lives depended on making such a huge decision lads!! Anywaysup - TRX Pete and I (and the ladies) will be heading to a gite in deepest France early next summer so will not be able to make a continental G2G. However, if you do decide on the Highlands and we happen to be around we would be more than willing to get involved and to show you our great roads, pubs, bunkhouses, campsites <!--sizeo:5--><!--/sizeo-->AND...CAKE SHOPS<!--sizec--><!--/sizec-->.
Beware the whitevanman!
Even though I voted for Portugal, I strongly suspect that the 9 who voted for Yorkshire/Highlands if faced with a choice of Portugal or IOM would elect IOM, so this is the likely overall winner.

Tony - Not sure if you want to post a new poll with just the top 2 as options, or as returning occifer for RTT10 declare IOM duly elected?

I know its a long way of but i would rather save my money for that event.
