I have atatched above the bill I got from Raceways, it shows all the parts ordered by them and used to fit the guards. Piccy to follow when I can be bothered <img src='http://www.carpe-tdm.net/ipb/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
I didi 198 miles from home, round the lake district and back yeaterday and the Tenere guards work really well and suit the bike

2004 Ducati Multistrada 1000DS SOLD, it didn't bloody start often enough
They look very nice indeed mowgli,, i prefer the look as opposed to my bmw guards,, but having dropped my bike on occasion <img src='http://www.carpe-tdm.net/ipb/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sorry.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='orry:' /> i like how robust the beemer ones are,,saved me no end of expense i reckon..

apparently, they only take 10 mins to fit to an 8fiddly, so I would imagine they'd fit a 9'er. http://www.carpe-tdm...4543&hl=r1200gs
found these hand guards for tigers, might fit a TDM but unknown http://triumph-online.co.uk/triumph-tiger-enduro-hand-guards-not-1050-black-4548-p.asp
as you can see they fit into the bar end plus they have brackets to the bars.
I know this has been covered for the900but can't find anything for the 850. Does anyone have any sturdy guards they use or know of that will fit easily that will ajpm fit protect your hands from the worst of the cold and wet? Found some on ebay universal ones for 35quid delivered but not sure of thee quality. Any suggestions please?!
its a 2 minute job if you leave the bar ends off as i did, i cant feel any difference in vibration or the stearing weight. if you but used ones just make sure the fixings that expand inside the bars are there, but there are full sets for sale on flea bay regular for about £25 a bargain if you ask me.Â
i will try to put some pics of the ktm ones on my bike but i am having a problem uploading ! 2 of the pics have uploaded to the new images on the gallery forum.
Yeah pictures would be great if you can get them to work! I have a j and s near me too but do like the look of them ktm ones. I looked at them kedo ones but could only find some for 170ish from them on ebay. Can't warrant paying that!
I did take off the bar end weights to fit them, but will put back on now by tapping a m8thread through original Allen key hole.
