The Hotel Royal kontaktete me with phone and e-mail.
We should have until 15 March a confirmed list of participants and the reserved rooms.

We must also decide how the members will have to book the room.
separately or all together all over the RTT13 Manager.

The hotel is now blocked for the Carpentier-members.
If we do not need all the room we need to free the many rooms.

So come on chaps. 15th March is last day for via the club booking. I will probably have a weekend over there and take any deposits that have been paid over. Be rude not to Wink can sort out the rest when we arrive.

Having spoken with the hotel we need to sort a deposit out of 33% for each room to secure it. It may be easier if done as a single payment or some of you may want to book direct as in MarkyMarks case as he is staying different days. Let me know what you want to do.

If you want to book directly, says the Carpe Mororrad forum.
The hotel did not know that markymark is a member of Carpe.
<span>They told me that the hotel is blocked for us.</span>


I have my German account in € uro and the E will be sent directly to the hotel.

If you have booked the 5 nights then it is £55 deposit per room. If you want to send it to me I can sort it with the hotel as a block booking. You're welcome to pay yourself direct but as Limbo has said quote Carpe Motorrad Forum on the communications so you get the discount.

I think cheques will be better. I can put those in my slush account. The one that is NOT joint! My joint account is a my paypoop one. If paypoop is preferred I can just transfer it over.


I will then contact hotel (via Hans probably as my German is not brilliant!) and pay deposits for those who have paid me. Then sort remainder when we get there.


Those that need it pm me for details and I'll reply ASAP.

Someone booked the hotel for a hotel web portal
So he does not get the discont, the Carpe all members get, but have to pay the regular price.

Right then. I've spoken with the hotel. i have confirmation on the following rooms.


Single Room, 5 nights (Me)

Single Room, 5 nights (Matlock)

Single Room, 5 nights (ChrisR)

Twin Room, 5 nights (Rallyist +1)

Twin Room, Arrive 16.07- Depart 19.07 (Tedeum + 1)


Limbo, AliG and MarkyMark have booked themselves in. The hotel has no issues with contacting them direct. info@hotelroyal.de


Make sure you let them know you are with Carpe motorcycle group to get the discount.


Better start getting some routes planned!

The reservation of vacant rooms in the hotel for Carpe Members has expired.
