It's an 07 not an 04!

But seriously, £3600 is the most I would pay for it

CCC's, Devil stainless down pipes. MKI Renntec engine crash bars & sump guard.

engine changed july 20
07 on a dyno run it made

I often wonder if the same applies to bikes and cars as it is (reputedly) with property i.e. any item is worth what someone is prepared to pay in the current market.

It appears that prices achieved for property are often less, significantly less, than prices posted by Agents, in whose interests it is to post high prices in public on sales listings.

If you really want to shift it, the easiest way to calculate what people will pay is by browsing though the 'for sale' section and looking at the posts. Or doing an advanced Ebay search for 'completed' sales of 06, 07, 08 TDM's of equivalent mileage. I think it's about £300 overpriced.
Blue 04 TDM,PR2 rear Roadsmart front, Yamaha topox, Givi E360 panniers, PL pannier holders, BMW handguards, Yamaha touring screen, Scottoiler, 12v ciggie socket, carbon core HT leads

Gorn Confusedorry:
I don't want to sell it for any less than I think it's worth

If someone was to give me £3400 I may let it go, but I think it's too good a bike to let go for any less

Knowing the "providence" that my bike has, gives it a value to me and if it means I have to keep it, then I am going to end up keeping one hell of a good clean bike
