Fitted the touring scotoiler reservoir, now just need the other bits  Wink

Fitted Oxford heated grips this morning and given the weather, thought it would be rude not to test them! They work, hands warm, nice ride.  :good:

Two weeks ago sprayed liberally with ACF50

Last week fitted Datatool heated grips.

This week put newly acquired spare wheels in to be powder coated in Gold.

Ordered a tank pad from America.

Started polishing the aluminium bits ready for spring.

Got my S320's out today, all fitted, don't know why I did not fit them before. Anyway they are great! Light up all that's not lit up by the main lights directly in front of the bike, plus they cover the sides, very narrow beam pattern so does not upset on coming traffic, will get some pics.

Took the loud Micron exhaust system off and fitted some new stainless Motad downpipes and a used original Starship Enterprise system, with new exhaust port washers and a new coupling piece. Just waiting for the LHS silencer mounting bush to arrive from Fowlers in Bristol and I will be back on the (quieter) road.

Just could not live with the fact the Givi LED lights 1) were not the same position and 2) the Givi crash bars on the bend are not round! So out with some billet bar and off to the lathe Smile

Not round so move around and stress on the plastic mounting!

Great thing is now you can mount one bracket backwards to get them in line as one engine mount is placed forwards, this can't be done with the Givi bars.

searched for these LED lights but none of the distributers had prices less than 250GBP...
where is it possible to buy them for 150 ??

I got my Givi luggage from Italy £100 cheaper with only an extra £10 postage. Just allow two extra days for delivery. Inner bags for £5 each from Spain!

Danrish as Rob said, try eBay but they defo can be had for 150.00. Sounds a lot but they are excellent!
