I stayed at the hotel during last year`s G2G & the brekkie was excellent & could have choked a horse!

Not many folk up for this later then ?

Horses can choke very easily as the muscle around their esophagus is wayyy more efficent than humans which renders them unable to blow chunks.

Just looking at the menu for Roo's Leap and saw this at the bottom can anyone explain why they do this?

Service charge is not included. <!--coloro:#FF0000--><!--/coloro-->For tables of more than

I don't have a problem with tipping for good service, but why mandatory for larger parties?

Should we book smaller tables???

Also coming up from Englandshire, i'm staying near Warrington on Thurs night then on to Aviemore Friday. So should be up around Edinburgh midday fro a possible meet and ride up . . (dont really want to detour into Edinburgh but could meet up on the A9 somewhere ??)
Hi Dazzer, if you are coming up the M74, turn off at Moffat and take the A701 to Edinburgh. It was listed in one of the bike mags as one of the best bike roads in the UK and it really is. Would be worth the detour, since you will be passing anyway.
Just a thought.
See you soon. AliG
