When I had my 'off' in June......... their recovery got my bike home before I Got back form the hospital
Legal protection on the case wthin 48 hours
Bike got sorted without a quibble.....and allowed repairs to be done at my own regular dealer ...over £2K's worth of repairs with only £200 excess
And I only lost 2 of my 5 years no claims, even though I didn't have any no claims protection
plus, I got phone calls & letters informing me of progress on a regular basis
I've also got 2 good friends who have received the same excellent service from them
My new premium is still only just over £450 fully comp - for SIX bikes - two of which are group 15 !
I think you get what you pay for !
