I was in a meeting a while back where someone said he wasn't too bothered about the odd £0.1bn ... which was particulary depressing as I was going to meet my mortgage advisor after the meeting to see how much I could persuade them to lend me.
Of course the scariest thing about working for the government is when theres a story on the news and they say "Government scientists said..." thay mean people like us...who generally don't know any more about the subject than anyone else<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
government in this country are only interested in lining there own pockets. they use government departments to try and come up with ideas on how to get more money out of us peasants.
