Ordered at last ! Up to 7 days before they arrive which gives me plenty of time to finish painting the barrels. [b]I applied one coat of Hammerite by brush and have since decided to finish it using a spray can 
I was also incorrectly thinking I'd previously painted the top end in Hammerite smooth silver, turns out I'd used Simoniz Engine Enamel so I'll be using that now.Also gonna have a look at the carbs again, the tickover is a lickle-tiny bit up n down and has been since I sorted the gearbox so it'll be a good opportunity to investigate.[b]I'll also check the compression before I replace the rings and have another look at the cylinder head as I previously had what I think was a either sticking valve or unseated shim. [b]I'll also check the valves for any carbon deposits and make sure the stem seals are working as they should.Damn ! Just remembered that my rocker gasket was about ready for renewal and I forgot to order wan. Might as well wait until I've stripped the top end off as there may be some other bits I need anyhoos ! Hey ho !Oh yeah, I also need a new drive chain at some point
