Run it in a water tub tonight for a longer run and it was leaking water around the inlet manifold (it's inlet/exhaust and water cooled) so a bit more fettling around that, the face on the head is good and the head/cylinder block face all looked good.

There were no signs of leaking between the sections just around the outer face of the water part.

Will have to give the manifold face a going over at work tomorrow and try again.

Current toys: '99 XT600E, 2000 4TX, '82 Princess 30DS (where the username comes from), No longer a '03 Fazer thou.
