Put the front plastics back together and cable tied the new DRL driver untit to the plastic fairing support - > https://www.flickr.com/photos/142331699@...ed-public/

 

The DRL's flash in time with their respective indicators, flash rapidly when the horn is sounded, flash rapidly continuously when a handlebar switch is turned to on, dim automatically when the light reaches a certain threshold (4 threshold levels which are user selectable), they switch to their brightest setting whenever the  high beam is operated, and when you turn the ignition off they stay illuminated for 15 seconds to give you light to get out of your garage.

 

 

And then I began the permanent install of an onboard DVR camera system (front and back), mounting the front camera under the front fairing ->  https://www.flickr.com/photos/142331699@...ed-public/

Unfortunately the remote control hasn't arrived so I'm contacting the seller to ask for a resolution, but the price isn't too bad anyway
