Click the 'More Rely Options' button below the text box and a bigger text box opens. Click on 'Choose Files' and browse and select photos from your pc. Once uploaded you simply place the cursor where you want to put the photo and select the photo from the list of attachments to place it.

You can also create an Album in the gallery and upload photos there. Bear in mind there is a limit to the amount of data you can upload so if you wanna post up lots of photos you might want to reduce their filesize first.
