seat reupholstered, took 18cm from the middle, not the back off

welded together for testing

moved the rear taillight into the frame with the original brackets to keep the seat functional and removable

and it started to look like this

then new handlebars and mirrors

then bent some DiBond to cover the butt and washed and voila, ready it is
