West coast of Scotland

I'm off to the west coast next wednesday, with me dad on a 1200gs and a few of his friends on various bikes and one on a flippin goldwing, we'll be heading north from Ayr, thursday night in glenfinnan, friday night in Applecross, take in skye in between, not sure after that, the majority of the group is heading towards Nairn, I'd prefer to keep heading north, any advice on good rides north of inverness, or nice b&bs?
Anyone around for a spin at any stage during the week?
