OK this it turning into a nightmare! finally got the tyre done  at 1330 hrs today :rant: , and found the brake pads were almost down to the metal.

Got new pads and replaced them  but they are now binding against the discs.

A quick run round the block and you could almost use the discs as a night light they where that hot.Â
