Quote:I'm home safe and sound. Very well behaved bike! I sat on it and did a few figure 8's to get used to the clutch and everything and was surprised at it's stability. It felt natural instantly. I didn't need any assistance, it didn't grumble on the gravel at all. I will be fitting a new screen ASAP though, I nearly pulled my head off doing a lifesaver on the M23! This one does have some low down snatchiness in the 2-3k rev range but I found that if you're careful and don't dump the clutch or throttle it's not an issue at all, so I think it will be something that comes as second nature after a couple of weeks. I think I could hear the air flap kicking in and out so I might try disconnecting/removing it fairly soon.you can tune out the snatchiness to a great extent, air flap mod, set up throttle bodies to max vacuum and balance, co settings. Don't over tighten the chain, it's supposed to have  50-60mm of slack. Pillion is very comfortable compared to a sports bike so the GF will be happy. Watch out she don't headbutt you on braking.

I even had an emergency stop on the way home..Some dick not looking pulled out without indicators in slow moving traffic on a dual carraigeway driving into Greenwich. It stops as quick as it goes!

I'm very pleased with it. Here we are at a pit stop.
