Hi Gibbo, My otherhalf has the same medical probs,i allways run with a topbox on so what i did was looked around and found in tesco(car section) a wrapround velcroed paded shoulder rest for seatbelts( two thicknesses), if you get some velcro stripps to match the ones on the shoulder rest and mount them on the front of the t/box wow!![[Image: yahoo.gif]](http://www.carpe-tdm.net/ipb/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yahoo.gif)
