Oil pressure dash light just left of the neutral light where there is normally no light.

With all the talk of oil use I made up a way to carry extra oil away from normal luggage using 90mm PVC tubing.
Oil bottle &/or anything else that will fit in the carrying tubes ie puncture repair stuff, tools, beer cans etc

where the oil pressure sender is screwed into, is just the return gallery from the used oil from the cams
It falls back down to the bottom of the engine by gravity, ready to tbe pumped to the tank
You are not measuring oil pressure here.
Can't you tap in to the oil feed line to the cams somehow, by replacing the banjo bolt that comes from the top of the crankcase to the top right raer of the cylinder head.
