Cold or not cold, the average temperatures here where I live comes down to -10 -15 C. but can drop down to -25. Many years ago, doing my military service in northern Norway we where ordered out for a manouver for a week using tents for shelter, the temp. dropped down to -40 C. Thats a difference for more than 70 degrees C !!
