If you click on someones username, it takes you to their profile...if they have filled out the MSN field then you have the info there.
You haven't filled yours in. You can do this by going to "My Controls" (top right)...no not MY controls....your controls....but its called "My Controls"....anyway....then click on "edit profile" and fill out the MSN field.......jobs a carrot.
