Stock Yam discs have very little "jiggle" but aftermarket and race discs have loads but the securing (usually alloy) "bobbins" need replaced often.

They float to stop discs warping under extreme usage. i.e. two up, nipper in the top box and a fortnight's luggage strapped on going down the Alps [Image: blink.gif]
