I didn't have a problem with the place and would happily go back. The site itself was great, I loved having my tent under the trees out of the sun, the swimming pool was lovely after a hot day on the bike, and the provision of plastic tables and chairs all around the site was a nice touch. The bar/food prices were expensive but if I'm staying on a camp site I've got my own cooking kit with me and drinks from the supermarket are always going to be cheaper than a bar anyway. As for the card payment system, it meant if I did want something from the bar I didn't end up with a pocket full of loose change, and anything remaining on the card was knocked off the bill (nearly wasn't but that was poor maths skills by the staff rather than malicious). As for the BBQ it was expensive and the BBQ itself was nearly out but then again we did arrive about 2 hours late.
