today I had a chance to see the machine, struggled the seat off and sticker was rigth there '5PS 30' written on it. The salesman realised what I was after, then he showed me the brake tubes with dates '04/06' written on them => April 2006. This seems to be clear way of checking new motos. Cannot be older than that I guess.
By the way, this machine is quite rare in Argentina.
