I've had to cut that bolt off both my bikes, there's a stupid shaped hole in the hugger just to let muck get on to the bolt so you have to cut it off [Image: ranting.gif]

I was hoping to buy the one of Andrew before I go touring in Europe at the beginning of August.

Is it insertion rubber that you used to shove in your hole?<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

lads i used on empty copier toner cartridge and cut it to shape and pop rivetted same in situ. i think the hole is there to allow clearance for the stock rear shock when it bottoms out [Image: blink.gif] if you notice i extended it so as to prevent water/debris etc being flung off the rear tyre onto the swinger and bottom shock mount and abrading the paint finish................i tink thats why alot of TDM's have a rusty swingarm in the same place. pi$$ easy to do too.
