My other 'work' is webdesign (of sorts) that puts me right here in front of the computer.
Would love to borrow a TDM or a Harley with a sidecar and take one of my clients for a spin... I bet he'd just love it!

When I had my sidecar, the main demand for rides was from older widowed women who had travelled with their husbands years ago in his sidecar. Friends mums etc. When it was friends daughters I rode it to scare 'em. Sort of like this:
that's a nice looking outfit, I find sidecars a pain in the ass to ride, they always seem to pull to the left.
I saw a nice RSV Mille outfit in Edinburgh recently it looked like a tall version of a racing outfit, the fairing and the side car were all one shell, leading link forks with a huge front wheel.
I've just come back from a job driving the company car... I had to crawl back through traffic through town. Lots of women, half dressed out bouncing around in the summer sunshine - sometimes I love my job B)
I once wrote off a Ford Cortina when I was on a Wasp Yamaha 650 Moto X outfit on the highway...................I had a bit of brain fade and thought I was in a race, pulled across his bows at a junction and my passenger ended up on the car roof
so I have all the time in the world to go for a spin in this excellent wheather and to read up on all the forums I'm subscribed to

well i went inta Exeter and degreased a clutch in a copier, sorted out a couple of small issues (no not me willy) and came home again. 90 mins at work today..............atome now like Emmett with a beer.

After a lot of adjusting and fine tuning the RS was a very neutral steering outfit, but I know what you're talking about some are horrors. I could hold it in a straight line easily with two fingers on one bar only. I rode it 17,500kms in 7.5 weeks back in '02 without me feeling stiff and sore at all. The handling did change from state to state though with different road construction methods(road camber has a big effect). I took all the tools required to adjust it if I needed to.
It would be nice if I still had it, but I'd run out of garage space, either the Jag or the sidecar ended up living in the driveway every night. Also I wouldn't have the TDM if I still had it. I sold an R1100R(150,000kms) and the sidecar (190,000kms) to finance something newer and younger(which was the TDM).
Still love sidecars though, lots of fun. Maybe one day I'll have another.
Anyone want to buy a '66 S-type Jaguar (OD, Dayton wires)? I think its going to go anyway to make the Scotland trip next year more affordable.
