I wasn't referring to your maintenance skills katdude, my apologies if you thought I was, it's the need for 3 hands ( 2 for holding the bike and another to shine the torch) to simultaneously balance the bike upright whilst bending over to view the oil window, that I was highlighting. Â It's a pain ! But as Gdogg says, vitally important to do during the first months of ownership as some use little oil and some use quite a lot.
Doin valve clearances? Use dappers valve shim exchange program and the job will be carroty - Free (other than you postin me yer shims) for sporting members.
