900 headlight adjustment
The 900 owners manual says go to dealer to adjust headlight, is it that difficult? I can't see an obvious adjustment screw, please enlighten. [Image: good.gif]

for vertical adjustement there is a hole under the headlight unit where you can adjust with a screwdriver
for horizontal adjustment there is a knob on the LHS of the unit.

Spyder I have a 2005 TDM 900 but am struggling with the vertical alignment - I cannot find the screw that JBX talks about on his site. There is an obvious tunnel for a screwdriver under the headlight unit on my bike it does not appear to have a screw at the end of it. Has yours got a philips of flat screw head for adjustment? Squinting with a mirror and torch there appears to be a flat metalic disk with a segment of about a quarter of a disk that protrudes into the tunnel and this has a cut in it but no screw head in sight.

I may be being a bit dim 'the headlight is' [Image: laugh.gif] but any enlightenment greatfully accepted

Your description is ok, there is no screw, only a dented kind-of-washer. Use a flat screwdriver to rotate it, that's all !

Use a Philips No 2 screwdriver (X-point).
