Foul horrible textured slime that it is. I was finally convinced to try it mixed with lime and added to my favourite food group..... CAKE!!

My Mrs made a really nice courgette and lemon cake the other week, I'll have to suggest trying a lime one too.

Who would have thought that calcium oxide would make such a difference. I assume that the courgette is in there to sooth the burning lips.

Best way to cook Courgettes is to throw them in a bin, buy some Brisket and pop it in the smoker, low and slow for 12-14 hours.
Just to prove you can make a cake with meat. I present a "Meatenberg" made and consumed this weekend. Bloody lovely it was too.
