Trackers

<div>I was talking to a mate today that  I`ve not seen in a while and he was telling me that last week some low lifes had got into his garage through the roof in the middle of the night. They had had a go at his classic Z650 but had given up as they didn`t see the chain and shackle that would have moored the QE2 holding it to the floor!
<div>That led on to us talking about trackers. He says he`s been told that you can get some these days that you just buy, fit, and download an app and they are free for life to use, instead of paying a fortune to have one fitted and then paying expensive monthly subscriptions if you need to locate your vehicle.
I`m sure there must be some techies on here that would know about them and if so, what`s your experience of them. After the other halfs bike went walkabout a couple of years back, I quite like the idea of putting one on the bikes I`ve got now.
Any info gratefully received.

If you use any apple products you can buy an apple tracker fob, they are quit small and have a decent battery life with replaceable batts, can be hidden away some where on your bike.
Yellow 2002 900
I use a monimoto on mine £36 a year to track
Sizzapp is another GPS tracker, more expensive to buy than the monimoto, but doesn't (currently) have any annual subscription charges
