Pee-Pee While Waiting At Lights

So, waiting at roadworks, bike got hot and puked some coolant. I've not seen engine temp go that high before. The fan did come on and bring temp down a bit and lowered further once I'd moved off. It wasn't particularly warm this morning and it's the first time I've seen it do that. Do you think it's something to worry about?



....quite embarrassing to have a widdle in queueing traffic.

Best check the level at the rad cap when it's cold. Hopefully just spat a bit from the expansion bottle that might have been overfilled.

Yeah, might need a new pressure cap, it's getting on a bit. First time it's happened in the 40k miles I've had the bike.
