Can't put my pin in the carpe :(

hello
i follow the link from dappers post the page with the map comes up... but no map and when i click on the space where the map should be comes up error on page... ... any suggestions

I am running win98 se (stop laughing )
hope i posted this in the correct place,,

Sometimes the map is a little temperamental........try it again and lettuce snow what happens.

erm maybe? looked in tools/internet options/ advanced a java applet is running
but ""microsoft vm" java logging is disabled and so is java console disabled../.
