Test rides
My bike club is having a dealer day next month, lots of dealers bringing along bikes for us to have a go on in the hope we might buy them. I'm thinking of seeing if I can get a go on the 900 (I'll see if I can borrow some pink leathers) and the R1200GS, plus a 900 Adventurer if KTM are there (unlikely). Any other suggestions?
1992 Mk1, 76k miles, Hagon springs, MTC exhaust, 4½ gears Gone now Sad

2009 900 abs, 42k miles, Yamaha heated grips, double bubble screen, R&G crash bungs, scottoiler, Autocom, 1500 lumen LED spotlights.

Feck it an r1 and a fireblade, I think superbikes are great, you couldn't live with them every day, but it'd be a laugh to try 'em all out [Image: cool.gif]

Just dug out the flyer. They're expecting Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Ducati, Triumph and Massey Furgusson Harley Davidson. Might have to add the Sprint ST to the list as well. Not too sure about the R1 and Blade, as a) I'll probably kill myself and b) they're probably going to be some of the most popular ones so hardest to get on.

Assume you mean the Buell Ulysses, nice looking beastie . Looks like Thames Valley Harley who are comming are also a Buell dealership, worth a try I guess.

Had to take a look at Triumphs website to see what it looked like. Love the tagline "Big is too small a word for it" [Image: biggrin.gif]
I'm almost tempted to have a go on a Hardley for the same reason [Image: biggrin.gif]
