Display issues
Anybody else been having an issue with the display of "new posts"? Firstly, I'm having a problem with what comes up under the definition of "today" - I'm frequently getting only 3 or 4 of the very latest, afternoon/evening items when there have been numerous others since midnight. Secondly, when I try to overcome the problem by calling up "this week", the "flood control" bar comes up and blocks me, even when there are few or no other Carpe members online. Can anyone help? Insomnia's bad enough as it is.

I tend to use the "Today's Active Topics" link from the home page (see This is starting to really jar me off! ) which appears to be working fine ish, including active topic for this week. I did try the "View New Posts" yesterday and only 2 or 3 appeared so I went back to the Active posts link.

Don't quote me on this.... but,

I believe that 'today's posts' vary due to time zones.
If I write a post at 11pm (here), it's 4am in Paris the next day. So who's 'day' do they get listed under?

Probably better to think of them as 'the past 24 hours posts'.

That would be fine - if only....
But what I'm getting in the afternoon, say, ignores the morning's postings even with only a couple hours max. differential across Europe.

I don't even know why the comment (post) I just made in my last Blog entry could be made when
