Textile Alterations For Lockdown Loser
Does anyone know where I can get my Rukka gear altered? Ive lost a load of wobble and my trousers are 3 sizes too big! Lol
You don't need balls to ride a big bike.

Howdy slimbo. Smile  Just had a look on the GS forum and they reckon these guys might be able to help you.  If they're still going, they do official repairs to Rukka Gear.  Dunno if they do alterations but worth asking eh.

I find that if I hang trousers in a cupboard for around a year they shrink on their own.  Huh

Well I fail to understand how anyone can go down in size during this lock down Huh

For a challenging summer try the

I've dropped nearly a stone since lockdown and I was a skinny git to start with, mostly down to drinking less beer as I didn't really drink at home at all, but went to the pub rather a lot, I recon my intake has halved.

Current toys: '99 XT600E, 2000 4TX, '82 Princess 30DS (where the username comes from), No longer a '03 Fazer thou.

Save the planet, it's the only one with beer!
I have done zero "exercise" other than being busy as hell. Not spending 4 hours a day sat in a custard van. Eating 4 times as much cake and lost weight!!

But in theory you should accelerate faster and it's much cheaper than losing a kg or so, by changing all the bolts in your bike to Titanium.
I started the weight loss before lockdown. A horse I bred some 14 years ago has excelled in her sport and it motivated me to get back in the (equine) saddle. To do that, I needed to lose a stone. Once I got that out the way, it felt great so I kept going and Ive lost around 35lbs and still counting. During lock down weve been cycling and thats helped too. Cos Im working from home and not living out of hotels its easier to pick and choose what I eat now. I just didnt expect it to be so damn expensive in clothes!
