Travel City Direct

My son fractured his ankle 3 weeks before we were due to fly to Florida as part of a family break of 10 people. The doctors in the hospital advised us not to proceed until his ankle is out of a cast.

I just want to delay the holiday for a few weeks, and not cancel.

I have recieved an email from Travel City Direct, they dont reschedule holiday dates, so claim via insurance company. The grammer is terrible with TCD reply.

This is the 2nd time I have used TCD. 4 years ago and the parent company (XL leisure group) collapsed and we lost our holiday to Florida through no fault of our own. took us 9 months to get our money back. Now this time we dont want to cancel holiday but just delay it for a few weeks as we got things booked.

so this is strikes 2 on Travel city direct, Now I am looking to use another Tour operator instead of TDC. TDC is now own by Virgin Atlantic. so they are out of the equation too.

all the tickets for universal, disney plus dolphin swim at sea world will be delayed at no charge plus also the car hire is the same. just let them know the dates.
