This service covers all bases by "being the middle man" between you and many other next day networks.
The arrangement is a little bit too loose for my liking.
Who you get depends on who is most convenient. (see extract below)
Experience suggests that Hermes are to be avoided at all costs. But you won't be given the option.
Glad UPS were able to demonstrate that they were reliable. :good:

To summarize. There can be no guarantee of good service. Too many layers. Your order is taken at a central location, it's allocated according to circumstances (mainly geographical), all is well when plans go according to plan but what happens when they dont? This is the real test.
Hermes ring alarm bells every time.
