I would describe them as very good condition having been on for a couple of years and about 3000 miles.

They would be excellent if not for some burnt on scottoil on the link pipe and a mark on one of the cans. I wouldn't describe it as a scratch and I hadn't noticed it when they were on the bike. I haven't been able to get the mark to show on a photo but can send a video if that helps.

They have long baffles fitted and one on the inlet side of each can as I'm getting old and don't like them too noisy! They still sound far better than standard and I also have short baffles with them so you can tune the sound to your requirements as all the baffles can be removed or swapped.

Bracket for centre stand is fitted

Collection from Edenbridge North West kent would be preferable but I have the original packing if necessary

Cheers

Robin

To save me doing my own research, do these pipes make much difference to the way the engine runs - particularly low-down pick-up?  I'm not bothered by horsepower, just rideability etc.

TIA

To be honest they don't improve the low down response, I'd already had a power commander fitted which smoothed out the power delivery before fitting these.

Not sure if that helps but speaking generally I think replacing the standard OEM cans with most aftermarket cans will affect the low down running - has anyone experienced anything different?

Thanks for the reply. Some years back I rode a colleague's (otherwise standard?) TDM 900 with aftermarket pipes, back-to back with mine.  It did have  have a better pickup.  But, it'd done 50,000 miles, mine was nearer 20,000.  That'd would've been the reason for buying them.  Cheers.

Cant say i ever noticed a detrimental effect with different cans on the 9r, twins that is, when i had an Ixil single can on, lost some bottom end for more midrange if i recall correctly, was awhile ago.
