Up at 3am as too comfy and too hot!
Getting fed up of the mountains now. Heading towards Milan and Turin. Will be busy but no choice other than Switzerland.Done 4 hours and 250km and am now down West side of Lake Garda. Think Windermere 10x! Red hot even with lightest teabag jacket on so stopped for a swim in clear, warm waters...magic![b]Glad to be almost out of the mountains, felt like Frodo lost in Mordor. They get heavy looming over me. Am just watching a Riva power boat-named after Riva del Garda I passed through-lovely boats.[b](Saw one myself in Monaco a few years ago-beautiful craftsmanship but seriously expensive as they are all hand built out of wood. Angie)[b]Not heard from Mattia yet so going to press on after a nice Pizza and salad next to the Lake.Left Garda at 5.30 and on Motorway to Milan, plan to camp just before Turin then blast it when it is quiet first thing in the morning. Roads quiet enough just now-dont think trucks are allowed on at weekends 
Was close call! Just got tent up before thunderstorm. Raining gently just now but its very close. Like being in a sauna-mozzies about too!Finally got hold of Phillipe and looks like I am going to be spending some time there
