Why oh why did I fancy a blowout last night?
Not good riding with a bad head and it was only 300 metres to a proper tea shop, with Assam too!.[b]They have now been introduced to Yorkshire Tea! 
Hit the Autostrade to pass by Trieste. Was only in Italy 10 minutes when 'White Van Boy' struck![b]I was doing 120 (kmph or mph?-Angie) in outside lane, maybe a bit too close to centre line. when dickhead passes to my left at 160 ish and 6 inch off my mirrors! Testa Di Catsio I think is the expression? (Wikipedia reckons 'testa di cazzo, dickhead, means a nasty person.')Got off the motorway pronto after that!Headed for Gorizia. Theres a pass for those so inclined to Wurzen Austria. I prefer slightly larger roads such as Grande Giro delle Dolomiti, A48 Cortina, so heading off this evening after spending a hot midday in Gorizia.Sorting a rough recce for a few days wild camping in the hills.Done the grand total of 100 miles today! You either ride all day or take siestas-guess which I am doing? 
Spent most of the afternoon in a big shopping centre (buying me a Birthday pressie maybe?-Angie) just North of Udne after my time in Gorizia. I forgot about the 3-4 hour lunch breaks the Italians enjoy!Spent the time getting my pictures backed up and onto a disc to post home just in case. Sorted a local sim card out too.My accommodation for tonight is a table under a verandah at a fishing lake.........hhmmmmm, trout for breakfast methinks.....
