See now I just don't get this at all, he was sentenced to 23 weeks suspended for 2 years. He had NO INSURANCE, wtf?

Remember that bloke who got caught doing 140mph with his 6' son on the back of the bike, he got 6 months inside, he was all legal etc. and it was on a Busa. They bleated on about his little 14 year old boy, who as it turns out is the same size as me! I though that was a bit harsh, 6 months inside.

Then this twat with no licence (for that bike) and no insurance, goes faster, later writes the bike off, has bugger all experience and he doesn't go to jail......


No It just doesn't stack up, he should of got at least 6 months, more like 12 due to lack of any cover and licence based on the previous case.

This kind of thing make me think twice about doing 170mph up the M40........

Don't expect consistency in the British justice system, it's essentially down to which party was in power when the law was made and if the judge is in a good mood and doesn't read the Daily Mail.
