Had A Close One Last Thursday (24th May)

Decided to take the bike to work on Thursday, Swansea to Newtown. Usually take the Landy but as it was a nice day took the bike.
As I was going around Crosshands roundabout, about to exit towards Llandovery when a woman decided to pull out straight into my path. (She had come from the A48 from Carmarthen side). Had to pick the bike up and do an emergency stop. She didnt look just pulled out. I stopped level with her front headlight. Still dont think she was aware what she did as she just waved and pulled off. Dozy F***er.

The rest of the ride was great. Saw plenty of other bikes. I seemed to be the only one travelling North.
Left Newtown about 8:30 pm, got home about 10:15 covered in all sorts of bugs.
Might take the bike up again this Thursday, hopefully I'll have a more relaxing ride

crosshands roundabout is a nightmare since they done the lines. i try to avoid it when possible. glad your ok.
i'm sure my bike is invisable. eveytime i go out (and this is not an understatement) i have a close cal if it's not little old ladies pulling out from a there drive REALY slowly. people pulling out on roundabouts and the last one was a dog. and i don't mean a terrier i mean a graet dame. i've had birds hit me and rabbits play dodge ems with no success. it's foot was the only thing that was no flatten. lol
