1996 4Tx For Sale **sold**
Reluctantly I'm selling the old girl, there's just not the room or the riding time for 2 now. Plus the geometry makes my dicky hip hurt, so I'm sticking with the more upright KTM. Been a fab 20-odd years with the denizens of this parish, and I shall really miss her.

All the details and pics on the Facebook listing, let me know if you can't access it.

1996 TDM850 in Yellow, Motad Nexxus, MK1 bashplate, Acerbis handguards, K&N, Xenons, Aux lamps, Bluespot calipers, Renthal 755 bars, DIY panniers, JBX-inspired gear indicator.  (Sold 2025.)

Bikes wot I have had and dun't have any more: 1983 Honda CB125TDC, 1976 Kawasaki S1C (early KH250 stroker triple), 1986 Honda VF500F2, 1992 Kawasaki KLE500.
i have two hip replacements and the bike is very comfy for me. the only issue is getting on and off, but i use the footpegs.
"As I Lay Rubber down to street, I pray for traction I can keep. But if I skid and begin to slide, please dear god protect my ride"

Mods; Oil pressure switch, neoprene rear inner mudguard, scottoiler, highway pegs,  fenda extenda, 1999 carbs and airbox, Kais suspension setup, later clutch springs, LED lamps, Metmachex swingarm, Hagon Shock, Oxford heated grips, 4 way fused accessory Bus, 17" 3CV front wheel, Michellin R6 tyres, GPS speedo, 5' ignition advance.
That's it, she's gawwn. Sad day, but I've had 21 years of great memories with her. Had one last ride to drop her off to the new owner, who I hope will enjoy the old girl.
