We've only been and gone and done it. Â Currently sitting on 311 miles, plus it's our wedding anniversary today too, so what a day to do it. We've still got our individual targets to hit. Toni should get hers tomorrow and I'll be carrying on until the I get to 300 personally.Â
Double congratulations twev. Well done both of ewe. Xx

Toni ended up on 204 miles, with her original goal being 150 and I went on to do the full 300 individually although our team goal was 300. The balance sheet is currently sitting at a massive £950, largely thanks to the generosity of the guys and girls on here, so thank you all so very much. It really does mean a great deal to be able to pay a bit back. Those that live locally to us will know we do a little fundraising every year by way of our anniversary bbq and the passing round of a hat (it's a tin actually). We usually get somewhere in the £4-500 region, so this has just totally blown it away. Obviously, because of Covid we've not been able to have the usual event, hence doing this instead. It's been fun doing it and we've both surprised ourselves at what we can do. Bear in mind that until the lockdown neither of us had ridden bikes for years and were both pretty unfit. Toni's back at work from today, so it's unlikely she'll be able to clock any more miles up, but I may still add a few more to mine.

Thanks all. I did mange to get out for one more ride on the 30th and put in a biggie to finish at 41.3 miles. We also rounded the total up to £1000 (plus gift aid).
