Get Geared -Poor

I needed some Scotoil and acf50 and after having a scout aboot they seemed to be reasonable price so ordered.


Then a hail of emails started. Amongst these was one saying that acf50 out of stock. Not mentioned on web or when checking out!! Annoying. Then another email amongst some unsolicited junk from them saying they would wait till acf50 was in and then send complete order. Fine by me. A day or so later I got another email saying order on the way. Cool. It turned up without acf50 and then an email saying order complete. Then two asking for feedback on transaction. Lolzio.


So then I email to say no acf50. And get a reply saying it will be here in a few days. shortly followed by am email from "Geoff" the ceo and asking for feedback. Although definitely not written personally by "Geoff" I decided to reply te Geoff askingwhich part of the process he would like feedback on as the order wasn't here yet!!!! Geoff didn't reply.


After a week or so I emailed to ask if someone wouldn't mind awfully telling mewhere me acf50 was and got no reply. Today I got an order update saying its on the way.


Non of their tracking numbers have ever worked.


I have just counted 14 emails they have sent. Only one a response. The rest either unwanted spam or review requests.


No biggy. Not in any hurry ... Lucky as it will be over 2 weeks if anything does arrive. But if they can make 3 cans of goo such a drama I dont think I will bother again.


Reviewed so I can send linky dink to "Geoff" repeatedly if I keep getting requests for transaction review.

1 saying my acf50 is on the way! With a tracking number from a diff website that also doesn't work. :-)
