I've been attending the gym 3 or 4 times a week for the last 8 months. Include jogging in the park a few times a week and a 50km pushbike ride once a fortnight.... you get the idea.
Big Bird is certainly Fit Bird now, and steadily becoming a very much Smaller Bird.

As to how BIG Big Bird is.... I'm 5'8" in ye olde speake
