Thank you all. Had some holiday left so had the day off. TDM passed its MOT so went over to south lowestoft twice on it.

Had a steak dinner at home with the misses with a couple of lagers and cake. Great day.


Now sitting here wondering if I should go to work.

Dave, I heard today that the Gomminment have extended vehicle MOT's for 6 months starting on 30th March.  Dunno if this will have a bearing on your work.

Yeap. If your MOT runs out after 30th march you can have 6 months exemption. I guess they're hoping this will all be over by then.

I don't do MOTs any more as they used to bore the crap out me. What will stop me working is the supply of parts, many closing the doors.

My other half is high risk with her immune suppressing drugs so the sooner we close the better IMO.

Many dealers have shut showrooms as per instructions but their workshops will be staying open. Some are significantly down on engineers ... Some completely shut...but a lot ploughing on!
