Givi Warranty Claim?
Does anyone know if there is a contact in Australia to discuss warranty claims or replacement parts for Givi gear?

I wanted to get a T450 (laptop/commuter/carry-on soft bag with collapsible handle) but it seemed like nobody knew or had heard about them here in late 2009, so I bought one out of the USA and had it shipped here while the $ was good. (You can get them here now for less than $400). Now, the collapsible handle has failed and I cannot use the bag at all as it is locked halfway out (cannot extend it nor collapse it all the way) even though I had only ever used the handle maybe 4-5 times.

The bag is great - it just needs the handle mechanism replaced.

I know that Ron Angel Wholesalers bring the stuff in but they don't do anything more than that - and I wouldn't have thought that the old claim of "You didn't buy it here, so you can't claim" wouldn't stand since everything from Givi is imported.

I've sent an email to Givi from their website but I am hoping that someone on the site may know is there is a local contact.

Thanks in advance to any replies received.
