Time ferra 'cake off' at the OK Corral...!    Hers been baking shredded / blended courgette into cakes inna bid to use 'em up.  That long brown ginger cake in me pic above had noice big lumps of crystallized ginger on top. Carrot, ginger, nana, what ever it's all good.  The iced EASTER fruit cake is really potent smelling/tasting as she laced it with alcohol, 10w-40 Motorex enjun i'll and castrol R racing 2T i'll.     Moist and succulent....as is the cake.

I do loike a good cheese cake,  home made is always better as ya can really go to town on the base and get it crunchy as a crunchy thang.
